The nose is complex and relatively fine. It reveals notes of fresh fruits, citrus, lemon paste, white flowers and slight notes of orange, nectarine, spices and toasted notes. The palate is beautifully fresh, fruity, balanced, relatively dense, supple, rather fleshy and offers a certain density. The effervescence is fine. In the mouth it expresses notes of lemon zest, lychee, tropical fruit, citrus associated with a touch of quince, apple skin and almond. An acid frame, on citrus, leads the tasting. Good length and persistence.
