The palate is well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful freshness, a slight richness as well as fat and suavity. The effervescence is highly fine, shining, elegant and slightly aerial. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of ripe peach, lemon and slight notes of white fruits (Granny Smith apple, hint of vine peach) associatd with discreet hints of biscuit, almond as well as a very discreet hint of beeswax. Good length and beautiful elegance!
