The nose is well-built and precise. It reveals notes of quince, small yellow fruits and small notes of quite ripe yellow peach associated with a touch of kumquat, dried almond as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg, dry biscuit and fresh hazelnut. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh and offers a small chiseled side as well as an acidulous frame. The effervescence is frank and slightly creamy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, small yellow fruits and small notes of kumquat associated with a touch of pear, discreet hints of dried zest of mandarin, nutmeg, almond as well as a subtle hint of dry oak and biscuit.
