(Dosage 4gr. Base 2011) The nose is fresh, fine, elegant, aromatic and relatively exuberant. It reveals notes of rose and raspberry combined with a touch of citrus zest (lemon, lime) and a discreet note of cocoa. The mouth is fine, fruity, gourmande, straight, elegant, well built, slightly fat and offers a little creaminess. The effervescence is very fine, bright, slightly creamy, not aggressive and tight. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus (lemon, lime), peach and fines touches of red fruit associated with a discreet touch of apple, slight / discreet notes of cocoa on the finish. Good length and good persistence. The finish is gourmande, creamy and fruity (ripe fruit).
