(Base 2011) The nose is fresh, fruity, right, chalky, mineral, elegant and dry. It reveals notes of plum, lemon and Granny apple associated with a discreet touch of flowers as well as a fine touch of papaya and a very discreet touch of dried apricot (after oxygenation). The mouth is straight, fine, fat, racy, round, frank and elegant. The effervescence is very fine, rich and elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, Granny apple and ripe peach associated with a few notes of mandarin, touches of pineapple and a few fine notes of exotic fruits. Good length. Beautiful maturity of the fruit!
