The palate is fruity, well-balanced, dynamic and offers an acidulous frame, a small tension, a very fine straightness as well as precision. The effervescence is well-built, precise, very fine and offers a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy quince and small notes of juicy / fresh mirabelle plum associated with a touch of kumquat as well as an imperceptible hint of peach blossom and almond. Good length.
