The nose is aromatic, well-built, racy and offers a small freshness. It reveals notes of racy / limestone minerality, fresh lychee and small notes of nectarine associated with fine touches of fresh citrus fruits (mandarin, kumquat), tangerine flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of physalis, meringue and peach flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers gourmandize, a good definition, racy minerality, a certain straightness (in finesse) as well as dynamism. The effervescence is well-built. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy / bright white peach, juicy / bright pear and small notes of juicy apple associated with touches of lychee, juicy lemon, yellow berries as well as fine hints of flowers of peach, limestone minerality and a discreet hint of dried almond.
