A beautiful creamy mousse. The nose is lively and minerals. It reveals notes of peach, citrus and lemon associated with slight notes of minerality and white flowers. The palate is fruity, mineral / limestone, racy and offer some righteousness as fat. The attack is fresh. The effervescence is fine, bright and relatively abundant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, vine peach associated with a touch of pear as well as a discreet vinous touch / touch of almond and biscuit. Good length and slightly dusty persistence. Freshness on the finish.
