The nose is quite gourmand and offers a slight sucrosity. It reveals notes of white fruit (pear, brugnon …) associated with a few notes of exotic fruits as well as a few slight notes of citrus (in the background). The palate is fruity, fine, well-balanced and offers a small mineral / acid / limestone frame (in the background). The effervescence is very fine and quite elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of brugnon, pear and lemon combined with touches of mandarin, slight / discreet notes of tarte Tatin (in the background) as well as discreet touches of baked apple, butter and almond (in the background). Good length.
