The nose is aromatic and offers a small freshness. It reveals notes of citrus, vanilla and small notes of quince, crushed pear associated with a discreet touch of flowers and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, fat as well as freshness. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, ripe Williams pear and quince associated with small notes of vanilla, sweet spices / toasted notes as well as a subtle touch of crème pâtissière (in the background). Good length. The mouth is quite marked by the barrel.
