Champagne Mailly – L’Intemporelle 2010 – Grand Cru – Brut

The nose is fruity, fresh, mineral and delicate. It reveals notes of fresh green apple and slight notes of fresh orange, associated with a subtle hint of pear as well as a subtle hint of apricot jam. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy, fresh and offers a beautiful structure, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful freshness as well as intensity. The effervescence is very fine and dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, mandarin and a hint of ripe pineapple/mirabelle associated with a subtle hint of apple, Granny Smith apple with a very slight hint of minerality. Good length.
