(100% Chardonnay, Harvest 2010 vinified and aged in oak barrels) The nose reveals beautiful notes of spices, vanilla and oak harmoniously combined with hints of white fruits, grapes, fresh pineapple and lemon. The palate is fresh, mineral, elegant and offers a small roundness. The effervescence is elegant. It expresses aromas of white fruits (especially apples), vanilla and few discreet notes of citrus. Also some small notes of coconut in aftertaste. Good length.
