The nose reveals notes of citrus zest and discreet woody notes associated with a discreet note of pineapple, quince, as well as discreet notes brioche and almond. The palate is fruity, gourmand, round, mineral, and offers a beautiful matter. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, beautifully made and slightly creamy (small creaminess). In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) combined with slight notes of apple, touches of pineapple as well as discreet notes of pear and butter brioche. Good length.
