The nose offers quince notes, apricot and slight notes of marmalade, green apple associated with a hint of dried fruits as well as discreet touches of flowers and crème pâtissière / almond. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, fat and offers a slight suavity, a beautiful straightness as well as tension. The effervescence is fine and well-built. In mouth this Champagne expresses notes of quince, ripe lemon and slight notes of marmalade combined with a touch of mirabelle, limestone as well as discreet touches of spices and a subtie hint of oak. Good length.
