The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers power. It reveals notes of fresh rose, fresh flat peach and small notes of fresh wild raspberry associated with a touch of fresh blackberry as well as discreet hints of citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a small tension, roundness, a fresh frame as well as minerality. The effervescence is elegant, well-built and offers a small creaminess. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fleshy cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of crunchy peach associated with small touches of citrus (lemon, yuzu) as well as a very discreet hint of zests. Good length.
