(Base 2010) The nose is fresh and fruity. It reveals notes of limestone minerality and citrus (lemon) associated with slight notes of apple and a very discreet note of honey (in the background). The palate is fruity, dynamic, relatively elegant, relatively fat and offers a good volume, minerality, freshness and a beautiful acid / dynamic frame. The effervescence is very fine, abundant and bright. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, clementine, apple and pineapple associated with slight notes lime zest, a few small notes of minerality as well as slight / discreet notes of ripe white fruit on the finish. Good length and persistence.
