The effervescence is very fine, abundant and bright. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, clementine, apple and pineapple associated with slight notes lime zest, a few small notes of minerality as well as slight / discreet notes of ripe white fruit on the finish. Good length and persistence.
