The nose is aromatic and offers a slight intensity as well as a very slight creaminess (in the background). It reveals notes of vanilla, fresh Williams pear and slight notes of brugnon associated with touches of citrus as well as a discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, fine, racy and offers a beautiful freshness, a nice minerality, fat, a beautiful straightness as well as tension. The effervescence is very fine and offers fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, apple and crushed brugnon associated with slight touches of pear, beeswax, vanilla as well as an imperceptible touch of clementine / clementine seed (in the background). Good length. There are slight / discreet hints of almond on the persistence.
