It reveals notes of fresh apple, honeysuckle and small notes of citrus associated with fine touches of crunchy green peach, Williams pear and an imperceptible hint of anise. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, a beautiful freshness, energy, dynamism as well as a small tension. The effervescence is precise and offers gourmandize as well as dynamism. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of crunchy peach, Granny Smith green apple and small notes of lychee, zest associated with touches of juicy / fresh pear, white flowers, chalk as well as slight hints of toasted almond and biscuit. Good length. An imperceptible almost iodine / saline hint on the finish.
