This Champagne has a beautiful clear and shiny golden color with beautiful dynamic bubbles. The nose is intense, fruity with notes of cooked apple, candied lemon and peach in syrup. In the background of the nose, we perceive a fine touch of nuts as well as sweet spices. With air, it is yeasty, with hints of bread crumbs and a very beautiful, surprising floral note of peony. The palate is fresh, with a still dynamic effervescence. We always have this floral side which develops with fresh walnut, paprika, orange and apple. The mid-palate is more buttery, biscuity. The acidity is salivating, well done. It is a great Champagne with directness and amplitude. The finish is subtle, long. A gourmet Champagne that brings a lot of pleasure.
