The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant and relatively suave. The effervescence is very fine. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of apple, mandarin and slight notes of lemon associated with slight notes of apricot as well as a touch of pear and a discreet note of orange. Good length.
