The nose is slightly creamy and fruity. It reveals notes of apple, pear and slight notes of brugnon associated with a subtle hint of egg cream. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, and offers a good definition, a small fat, a slight freshness as well as a slight acid frame (in the background). The effervescence offers a small dynamism as well as a good volume. Average size for bubbles. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed brugnon / nectarine, pear and slight notes of lemon associated with a subtle hint of apple as well as an imperceptible touch of chalk and cream. Good length.
