Champagne Julien Chopin – Carte d’or – Brut

Champagne Julien Chopin – Carte d’or – Brut

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of lemon, lime, minerality and slight notes of white fruit (a touch of apple and pear) associated with a discreet hint of acacia. The palate is fruity, fat, round and offers a small acid / citrus frame, a good volume and a slight freshness (in the background). The effervescence is well-made, fine and bright. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and white fruit (pear, nectarine) associated with touches of lime and a hint of green apple. Good length.
