The nose is fine and elegant. It reveals notes of ripe yellow fruits, mirabelle and a hint of apple associated with a subtle hint of quince, dried fruits and a very discreet grilled hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, fat, suavity, a slight freshness as well as a slight straightness. The effervescence is fine, dynamic and well-built. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and slight notes of ripe mandarin, ripe peach associated with a touch of quince, mango as well as discreet toasted hints and vanilla. Good length. The persistence is quite gourmande. Good length and good aromatic persistence.
