(disgorgement: 12/2020) The nose is fresh, elegant, precise and frank. It reveals notes of fresh apple, fresh apricot and small notes of fresh vine peach associated with touches of lemon blossoms, acacia flowers as well as hints of limestone minerality and a subtle hint of small yellow fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, precision, delicacy, a good structure as well as a certain purity. The effervescence is fine and precise. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fleshy apple, fleshy / juicy pear and small notes of lemon associated with touches of mandarin, zest, hints of limestone minerality, crunchy vine peach as well as subtle hints of white blossoms / lemon blossoms and an imperceptible almost toasted oak hint (in the background). There is a subtle saline hint in the background.
