(60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay) A beautiful mousse. The nose is elegant and fine. It reveals notes of citrus, vine peach and slight notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, a hint of quenette) associated with small notes of dried fruit (pineapple, citrus, dried mango) as well as small notes of dried orange zest and a discreet vinous touch. The palate is fruity, elegant, dynamic and relatively fat. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, dynamic, bright and slightly creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of vine peach, pear and slight notes of brugnon associated with notes of lemon as well as touches of tangerine, quenette, candied/dried fruits and a hint of honey. Good length.
