Champagne Henriet-Bazin – Blanc de Blancs – Extra-Brut – 1er Cru

The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers a creaminess sensation. It reveals notes of white fruit (nectarine, pear), lemon cream and slight notes of lemon zest associated with discreet notes of Granny apple skin, lime zest, dried fruit and flowers. The palate is fruity, elegant, straight, relatively gourmand, well built, racy and offers a small tension, dynamism, fat as well as a beautiful and small citrus frame. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, tight and slightly creamy (small creaminess). The attack is supple. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of white fruit (nectarine, apple) and slight notes of citrus associated with touches of white grape, a hint of yellow fruits, lemon zest as well as discreet notes of mandarin zest and beeswax.
