Champagne Hénin-Delouvin – Âme de Terroir – Brut, Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, mineral and offers a small freshness, a very fine incisive side. It reveals notes of crushed white berries, quince, small notes of fresh mirabelle plum, yellow apple associated with small touches of spices, pear and an imperceptible hint of bee wax. The palate is well-built, racy and offers good definition, generosity, gourmandize, juiciness and minerality. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, juicy/fleshy vine peach, small notes of pulpy/juicy yellow berries associated with small touches of juicy pineapple as well as a subtle hint of apricot, very discreet hints of bee wax and sweet spices. Good length. A fine and dynamic effervescence.
