The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of lemon and slight touches of white flowers, quince associated with a hint of lychee, yellow apple as well as a discreet / imperceptible hint of apricot / kumquat and spices / beeswax . The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a slight acid frame, juiciness, roundness, a small suavity, a slight freshness, a beautiful definition as well as straightness. The effervescence is well-built. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fleshy apple, fleshy peach, juicy lemon and slight notes of juicy tangerine associated with a subtle hint of kumquat as well as an imperceptible hint of beeswax / brioche (in the background).
