The nose is fresh, fruity and well done. It reveals notes of flowers and fruits associated with slight notes of orange, apple and fine notes of toast as well as a touch of torrefaction. The palate is fruity, mineral, fat, quite depth and quite ample. The effervescence is abundant, dynamic and quite fine. In the mouth it expresses notes of fresh citrus (lemon, clementine) associated with slight notes of rose, brioche as well as fine notes of toast and cocoa (in the background) that supports the fruit. There is also a very fine note of hazelnut on the finish. Good length.
