The nose is racy, elegant and offers delicacy as well as precision. It reveals notes of pear, lychee and small notes of bright white peach associated with fine hints of lemon, lemon leaf as well as discreet hints of crème aux oeufs. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, precise, delicate, well-built and offers dynamism, a small stretched side / all in length, a bit aerial in the approach as well as finesse. The effervescence is fine, delicate and elegant. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh apple, fresh / juicy vine peach and small notes of fresh apricot associated with touches of lemon leaf, lemon cream, meringue as well as fine hints of quenette and apple sauce. Good length. Presence of very discreet toasted hints / toasted almond on the finish / persistence (just enough to bring roundness and support the fruit).
