A beautiful mousse. The nose is fine, elegant and relatively aromatic. It reveals notes of white fruit (nectarine, apple) associated with slight notes of lemon zest, white flowers as well as a discreet touch of grapes and a touch of crème anglaise. The palate is fruity, fresh, relatively gourmand, ample, quite straight and offers suavity and a chalky / racy minerality. The effervescence is very fine and elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus zest (orange, lemon), lemon and slight notes of Williams pear combined with a touch of papaya and mandarin. Good length.
