Champagne Gosset – Rosé 2007 – Extra Brut

The nose is fine, elegant and offers a slight gourmandise as well as a slight suavity. It reveals notes of raspberry, strawberry pie and discreet hints of fresh lemon associated with a hint of fresh Granny Smith apple, an imperceptible hint of fresh green lemon as well as a subtle toasted hint and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, quite melodious and offers a beautiful freshness, minerality, a very beautiful finesse, gourmandise, suavity as well as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh green lemon and fresh Granny Smith apple associated with discreet hints of zests as well as a subtle/very discreet hint of pâtisseries and a subtle hint of brioche. Good length.
