It reveals notes of lemon, white fruits (apple, white peach), flowers associated with slight notes of apricot, slate / minerality and pâtissière / crème pâtissière. The palate is fruity, elegant, suave, round, relatively complex, delicate and harmonious. The effervescence is very fine, elegant and creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, lemon cream and slight notes of white fruit associated with slight touches of crème pâtissière as well as a discreet touch of tangerine and quenette. A suave, gourmand et very elegant Champagne.
