(90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay) The nose is fresh, elegant, fine, well built, quite straight and precise. It reveals notes of lemon, lemon/citrus zests, slight notes of exotic fruits and fresh vine peach associated with slight/discreet hints of pâtisseries as well as an imperceptible hint of hazelnut and pepper. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, fresh, precise, straight, very well-built, round and offers a beautiful definition, richness, a slight acid frame as well as gourmandise. The effervescence est very fine, dynamic, elegant, well-built and offers beautiful bubbles. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh apple and slight notes of nectarine, yellow fruits, beeswax associated with a subtle hint of pâtisseries as well as an imperceptible toasted hint. Good length and persistence.
