Champagne Georges Vesselle 2011 – Grand Cru – Brut

The nose is fresh, elegant, fine, straight and precise. It reveals notes of lemon, lemon zests, slight notes of exotic fruits and fresh vine peach associated with slight/discreet hints of pâtisseries as well as an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, gourmand, fresh, precise, straight, very well-built and offers a good definition, a slight acid frame as well as gourmandise. The effervescence est very fine, dynamic and offers beautiful/elegant bubbles. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh apple and slight notes of nectarine, beeswax associated with a subtle hint of pâtisseries as well as an imperceptible toasted hint. Good length.
