The nose is fruity, incisive. It reveals notes of lemon, lemon zest, white grapefruit zest associated with a slight vinous touche as well as a few slight touches of honey and brioche. The palate is elegant, straight, fruity, relatively fat and offers a small tension, freshness / minerality and a good structure. The effervescence is dynamic, abundant and well built. In the mouth this champagne expresses notes of lemon, pineapple and candied pear associated with slight notes of apple, touches of apricot and a discreet note of beeswax (in the background). Good length.
