The palate is fruity, well built, supple and relatively elegant. The effervescence is very fine, quite abundant and creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of mandarin, lemon and slight notes of peach associated with slight notes of white fruit (nectarine, apple), pineapple and tangerine.
