(100% Chardonnay, base year 2008) The nose is fresh, mineral, fruity and relatively complex. The nose reveals notes of citrus associated with hints of exotic fruit, fine notes of white flowers as well as touches of crème pâtissière (pastry cream). The palate is tight, round, dynamic, gourmand, suave and offers a nice power and finesse. The effervescence is dynamic and abundant. In the mouth it expresses notes of lemon and pineapple combined with touches of passion fruit and fine notes of pâtisserie, toast and bee wax. Good length.
