Champagne Duntze – Cuvée verte – 1er Cru

Champagne Duntze – Cuvée verte – 1er Cru

The mousse is creamy. The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant, relatively rich and offers a certain freshness. It reveals notes of yellow fruits and pineapple combined with a touch of quince, a hint of citrus as well as a hint of baked brioche, a discreet touch of green almond and a slight hint of lime zest. The palate is fruity, relatively fat, relatively straight and offers a mineral / fruity structure, dynamism, elegance, a small acidity, tension and a certain volume. The effervescence is very fine, moderately abundant, elegant and slightly discreet. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of quince, small bright yellow fruit and citrus (orange, a very slight hint of lemon) associated with slight notes of brioche, crème pâtissière as well as a discreet touch lemon zest and honey on the finish. Good length.
