The nose is fine, aromatic, relatively intense, racy and offers freshness. It reveals notes of honey and dried apricot associated with slight touches of quince, candied fruit / fruit paste (pineapple, lemon), peach as well as slight notes of citrus and slight notes dried fruit. The palate is fruity, dynamic, mineral, elegant, relatively bright, relatively straight and offers tension. The effervescence is very fine and relatively discreet. In the mouth this Champagne expresses slight notes of yellow fruit, roasted pineapple, citrus (mandarin, a discreet touch of lemon) associated with slight touches of beeswax and caramel. Good length.
