The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, round, relatively fat and fine. The effervescence is fine, creamy and quite gourmande. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, cherry and slight notes of citrus associated with slight notes of blackberry as well as discreet notes of granny apple. Good length.
