The nose is fruity, well-built and offers good definition. It reveals notes of notes of Williams pear, lemon, small notes of meringue associated with fine touches of juicy/crunchy nectarine as well as discreet hints of zest, quénette and a very discreet flowery hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully juicy, gourmand and offers a beautiful juicy/ fleshy fruit, a certain aromatic purity and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, juicy vine peach, small notes of fleshy apple associated with small touches of pineapple, quénette, peach flowers and a subtle hint of lemon cream. Good length and persistence. Elegant, delicate and well-built effervescence.
