The nose is fine and minerals. It reveals notes of lemon and Granny apple associated with slight notes of mandarin, white fruit and slight notes of lemon flowers and a touch of verbena / dried bergamot. The effervescence is fine, elegant and creamy. The palate is fruity, elegant, fine, straight, relatively aerial, harmonious and relatively gourmande. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus associated with slight notes of vine peach, brugnon, ripe pear as well as slight notes of pineapple and a discreet touch of butter. Good length.
