The nose reveals notes of white fruits combined with touches of ripe pineapple, lemon as well as a hint of apple compote, a touch of beeswax, slight touches of yellow fruit, a very discreet hint brioche and muesli. The palate is fruity, fat, round and offers a good volume and a small mineral frame. The effervescence is fine, dynamic, well-made and slightly creamy (small creaminess). In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, pineapple and Granny apple associated with slight notes of zest, golden apple and a discreet note of pâtisserie. Good length.
