The nose is fresh, aromatic and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of apple, crunchy brugnon and a touch of verbena associated with subtle touches of lemon as well as a very discreet hint of almond (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, precision, a good definition, a slight suavity as well as a small juiciness. The effervescence is fine and dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lime, yuzu and apple associated with small notes of chalky minerality, zests, crunchy brugnon as well as an impercep- tible touch of flowers and almond / brioche (in the background). Good length.
