The nose is fine, elegant, very slightly creamy and offers gourmandise as well as a slight straightness. It reveals notes of ripe white fruits (apple, pear) associated with discreet hints of vanilla flowers, a discreet hint of quince as well as a woody hint, a subtle hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of dark chocolate (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, fat, a slight suavity, straighntess as well elegance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh apple, brugnon and slight notes of ripe pear associated with a discreet hint of quince, quenette, a slight hint of green lemon zests (in the background) as well as discreet hints of toasted oak, vanilla, a very discreet hint of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of pâtisseries. Good length.
