Champagne Colin – Proles et Chétivins – Blanc de Blancs 2005 – Extra Brut – 1er Cru

A beautiful creamy mousse. The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a sensation of fat. It reveals notes of lemon, white fruits and fresh pineapple combined with a touch of eggs cream, acacia, white flowers as well as a hint of quince and brioche. The palate is fruity, elegant, straight, fine and offers tension and balance. The effervessence is very fine and elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of yellow fruit (pineapple …), lemon and slight notes of clementine associated with discreet touches of exotic fruits as well as slight touches of sweet spices. Good length.
