The nose is fruity, finely elegant and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of quince, ripe lemon and slight hints of beeswax associated with a discreet hint of brioche as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, straight, racy, well-built and offers tension, a good structure, fat as well as an acid frame. The effervescence is well-built. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, slight notes of mandarin and a touch of dried mango associated with discreet hints of yellow peach, pear, a subtle hint of beeswax as well as slight touches of toasted, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of grilled coffee on the finish. Good length.
