The nose is fresh, lively and relatively fine. It reveals notes of rose associated with slight notes of raspberry and a slight note of cassis. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers a good volume. The effervescence is abundant. It expresses notes of candied pear associated with small notes of peach, slight notes of citrus (clementine, lemon) as well as small notes of red fruit. There are a few spicy notes on the finish. Good length.
